New Pebble Language: Italian (i can translate)

Hi,
i just purchased a Pebble Steel a couple of weeks ago and immediately noticed that italian language is missing.
I am here to offer an effort for implementing it whenever is possible. I can manually translate a POI file or just let me know what else. Is it ok if i write you here? is there any e-mail address to get in contact with?
Please: don't drop this offer, i'm pretty sure Apple watch will have it, and Pebble is much a better watch! ;)

Connection issue after update pebble app to version 2.1.

I have a connection issue after update pebble application on my phone to version 2.1, my pebble is paired with phone, but pebble software show connecting and stuck, please help

Phone model: Lenovo VIBE X (S960)
Phone OS & Version number: Android V4.4.2
Pebble app version number: V2.1
Pebble watch firmware version number: V2.8

Caps lock prevents sign in

The Pebble app on my HTC EVO 3D requires sign in every time the phone reboots. There is no remember option. Ok, can live with that.
However, the email and password fields are set to upper case. The login ofcourse fails.
No, the caps lock is not pressed. I am typing this from the same phone.
Clicking back and trying again sometimes helps and changes the keyboard to lower case.
Today I've been.trying multiple times but it refuses to show lower case keyboard.
Suggestions?

Won't Pair with iphone 6 Plus ios 8.1.3

Anyone have any suggestions how to get the pebble to pair with iphone 6 plus with 8.1.3? I have the kickstarter edition and it has always worked in the past. Today I noticed it wasn't paired. When I try to pair it, it won't connect.

Things I have tried

1. Forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings and forgetting the iphone on pebble
2. Factory reset of Pebble
3. Reset network settings on iphone
4. Deleted the Pebble app and reinstalled


When I try to pair, I get the message would you like to pair the pebble with iphone and I click the check mark on pebble and the pair button on iphone. It then goes to a black screen and just spins and spins. When I look in Bluetooth settings in iphone it says pebble not connected. When I click on it to connect it does for about 3 seconds then says not connected again.


Any one have any ideas?

Whenever I enable "Blue Mail" under "Other Apps" Notifications I keep receiving "duplicate" notifications. When I turn it off I receive none. Why is that?

[iOS] Weird pairing issue

 good day everyone,
I really hope you will help me find out how to solve my problem !
It's already been several weeks, and I kind of lost hope to find a way to pair my pebble to my iPhone...

my iPhone 4s is on iOS 8.1.3  ,
my pebble (first model, received in septembre ) is on firmware v2.8

It all started when out of nowhere my watch stoped receiving the notifications of my phone. I restarted my phone, reinstalled the pebble app, i restarted the watch, did a factory reset on it, I made the two devices forget each other... In other words, I think I tried everything I could to pair them but it doesn't work : 
 
when the app (on my iPhone) is reinstalled, it asks to select the pebbble from the list of bluetooth peripherics. At this point, both the app and the watch shows each other.
Then, when I select my pebble on this list on my phone, my watch vibrates and says that it is now paired correctly to my phone. The app on my phone, however, keeps showing the rotating "thinking" circle, asking me to push the top right button on my watch (wich I did), but the Phone doesn't register that I did it! 
It then keeps waiting for me to push that button...
And my watch of course doesn't receive any notification.


Is there anything I did wrong ? Is there anything I should do ?

PS: I tried to pair the watch to my iPad Air (iOS7.1.2) and when I tap on my watch's name in the bluetooth list that the app shows, it says that there's a connection problem and that I should check if my watch is on, or in range...

Select Button Pauses Netflix

Pressing the Select button or the Back button on my Steel when on a downloaded watchface pauses video playback on Netflix and exits video playback entirely for Amazon Instant. The stock watchfaces do not do this.

Is this a "feature"? If so, is there a way to disable the feature.

Skype notification

I can't get Skype to notify me of calls or messages. I believe it did at first, but somehow it stopped working.

I'd like to put in a request for UTF-8 support. The font you have there now does not seem to support characters other than Latin script, thus any songs in music player in other languages are shown as just a bunch of boxes (Cyrillic, Hebrew, Arabic, etc)

Adjusting general font size on Pebble?

I just got my Pebble a few days ago and I cant find anywhere to adjust general font size.. I see an option under settings > notification for Large and Small fonts but they don't seem to be much of a difference on the notifications anyways. I have some low vision issues and the fonts on some of the watchfaces/apss are really hard to read.

Will this be an issue for when the Pebble Time is released or will we be able to adjust the fonts system wide? I am weary of backing the kickstarter campaign for it for this reason.

Watchfaces randomly change

Hi all.
I'll start to say that is a very small issue. Everything else is perfect, battery (6 days, wow), ios notification, pairing etc etc.

However about 2-3 times a day the selected watchface change for no reason. At the beginning I thought that was me pressing the up and down button, but checking in menu->watchface I can see that the selected one changes too. It seems random, between the installed and original one.

Can someone help?

Notifications "Do Not Disturb" for Specific Days Of The Week

I'm a brand new Pebble user and I really appreciate the innate setting to create "Do Not Disturb" periods of time. I would like the ability to set a different period for the weekdays versus the weekends (I like to sleep in on the weekends!). Is it not possible to do this or is there an app that could give me this ability (without using a companion app)?

Fair Tide watch face....weather and tide functions will not work!

Dangit....I bought my pebble just for this one watchface. As a surfer, I really want to know tide, moon, and weather info. I did download the Fair Tide watch face, but all I get is the time. PLEASE help me before this watch goes on craigslist. Honestly, how difficult does this have to be?

How to update?

"Your Pebble is not updated.  Please update your Pebble to see the loaded apps."

I'd love to - but how.  When I paired my new Pebble Steel the app didn't prompt me to update.  Maybe it's because the app is already paired with an original Pebble that has been updated.

No 12h time display possible after last update

Since the last update (2.9), time display has automatically been set back to 24h.
I went to settings to change it back to 12h, but it changes nothing when pressing the middle button on time display setting.
Can I fix this by myself or do I have to wait for the next update?

Is it normal to see screen tearing and battery life a little short? If possible, how can I fix it? Should I be concerned? What should I do if the problem continues or gets worse? Other than those problems, I am in love with my watch. If the problems end, I won't know how I lived without it! Please reply!

Now the live-code-checker of CloudPebble recognize GBitmap.bounds as an error for SDK2.

I use the CloudPebble (This is amazing IDE! Thanks!).
"SDK VERSION" in "SETTINGS" windows is set to "SDK 2 (Pebble, Pebble Steel).

I wrote the following code:
GBitmap *bmp = gbitmap_create_with_resource(ID);
GRect bounds = bmp.bounds;

I understand that the above code is right for SDK2, and the code is compiled without an error.
But, the live-code-checker recognize the code as an error.
The following code passed. However a compiling error occurred.
GBitmap *bmp = gbitmap_create_with_resource(ID);
GRect bounds = gbitmap_get_bounds(bmp).

Can't disable Strava link

Hi, I have a Nexus 5 (Android) with the latest Pebble and Strava apps for it, but can't switch off the link from Strava to Pebble. I disabled 3rd party notifications in Pebble, and also link to Pebble in Strava, but I still get them.
I don't find it useful as only average speed is displayed, and besides that often the link is lost mid-ride. I've contacted Strava support: https://strava.zendesk.com/requests/266775 , but with no luck.
Is this a known issue? I would be grateful for any feedback!
