Android Wear Actionable Notifications Not Working

Hey guys... I've written a support email but have not gotten a response yet. I'm wondering if anyone can help me.

My Pebble's Actionable Notifications (Android Wear) does not seem to be working. Whether it is deleting an email or replying a notification, after a few seconds it just says "Failed".

I've updated both my Android app and Pebble OS to the latest versions. I've even reset the Pebble to factory settings and deleted the Android app and re-did the pairing to no avail.

Can anyone help please?

My Pebble no longer charges and hasn't done so for a few weeks. I have tried using an eraser to polish the contacts as well as using rubbing alcohol on the contacts. I've bought and tried a new charging cable which also doesn't work. The only way to "charge" the watch is to hold the down button on the right side while it is connected to the charger. Only then does the charging icon appear. Unfortunately, my warranty expired at the end of January but I don't think it's fair at all for the watch to stop functioning only a month after the warranty expires. I loved my watch and was looking forward to getting the Pebble Time. I would appreciate any help very much! Thanks again! I

I am always accidentally switch watchfaces -- it's frustrating because there's only one that I really love right now.

Is there a way to lock to a single watchface? Even if I had to go into settings or the phone app to change, that would be a price I'd be willing to pay to let the watch keep the same look and feel...

I am trying to understand what is the maximum sampling rate i can get raw accelerometer data at? 10,20,30,40,50 Hz ?
i have the same question regarding the gyroscope.

Hi,

I have bought a brand new Pebble Steel from someone, and the packaging was still sealed.

The model is 102v1 and the guy said the watch was new. (By the way, isn't an old watch model?)

When I opened the package, the watch was completely drained, I had to plug it to turn it on for the first time.

Also, the firmware was very outdated, I don't remember exactly but I think it was something close to v1.3. Now it is on v2.9.

Today was my first full day since I bought it yesterday and the watch did charge for the whole night. Disconnected the watch from charge at 100% at 7h00 and by 18h00 it was completely dead, the watch couldn't turn on.

i left my pebble uncharge a few days and when i charge it this code came out: Oxfe504501, i was told to press the left and right first two button, but after i press it nothing happen, only the code change to Oxfe504502. Can someone help me please :cry:

Backlight timeout

Does anyone know how to extend the back-light timeout? It would be great if you could set it at whatever length you wanted/needed. Currently it does not stay on long enough for me to read the entire screen when it is all filled up with text.

loop recovery mood

my pebble went flat a few days and i updated the pebble app to the latest version which is vol.2.9, managed to pair my pebble with the app but when is checking for latest updates it automatic went back to the recovery mode, tried deleting the app and redownload but is still not working. Can anyone give me some help, Thanks in advance

Firmware 2.6 Keeps Kicking Pebble To Recovery Mode (Pebble Unusable)

I have been attempting to update my pebble to 2.6 as that is what the iOS app wants me to do. However almost every time the app says Reconnecting then kicks the Pebble into recovery mode. The app stays on Reconnecting and is stuck there. I have attempted to forget bluetooth devices. Reset phone. Delete app and re-install. None of that works.
What does seem to work is to install 1.12.1 of the Pebble firmware. However when I try and update (which the iOS app says I must) it will just do the same thing and kick back into recovery mode.

It was been like this since 2.6 released.

EDIT: I have managed to install 2.5 from PebbleBits and it seems to be holding for now. However the iOS app keeps bugging me to update to 2.6 and if I do then I'm back at square one.

Got a pebble steel and within 1 hour it's stuck in recovery mode. Tried holding a combination of buttons to reset but always comes back to recovery mode. Any help please

Accessing watchface/app settings

When trying to change the settings on a watchface or app (such as YWeather, battery lifetime, etc) I go to the Pebble app, My Pebble, then scroll to the watchface/app and touch it. I then get a little popup dialogue box that has buttons for "settings" and "unload," but when I touch "settings" nothing happens. It just returns to the "My Pebble" screen in the Pebble app. So... this may be really dumb... but I can't setup my YWeather watchface (so it's in Spanish :) ). Anyone have brilliant ideas how to get into the settings? Thanks!

Bottom button not clicking - needs a hard press to work

Hi,

A few days ago, the bottom button on my Pebble has stopped clicking when I push it. Instead it does more of a squish when I press it in hard. It still works, but needs quite a bit more force than any of the other buttons now. Is there any way to repair or help with this myself, or anything else that I can do?

Double E-Mail notifications - Can't find a way to stop

After the new firmware/software update, I'm loving the fact that I'm getting a significantly more verbose notification, with tons of options including reply/delete/etc. The issue I have though, is I'm getting a second notification for each E-Mail. One has the menu options for delete/reply/etc, and the second is just a plain notification like before. I've tried everything to disable it, with no luck. Am I missing something? My E-Mail client is Nine. If I disable that in the Notification Apps, I don't get the notification with the menu, but I still get the plain one. Even with all apps not selected, I still get the simple E-Mail notifications and I just can't seem to find a way to stop them. Am I missing something? I don't have any notification apps installed that I'm aware of.

Pebble / Misfit not working properly

Something changed over the last week with one or both of these apps / devices.  I was on a pretty good run of getting good/accurate data from Misfit on Pebble.  Now everything is wither working poorly or not at all.

Symptoms : 

 - Battery is discharging at alarming rate - about once per 24 hours.  It flashed the 20% warning as I was going to bed a week ago Sunday and I just assumed it would make it through the night but I woke up in the morning and the watch was dead.

 - Misfit data syncs are frequently incomplete - for example, my watch right now says I got 8 hours of sleep, 4 hours of deep sleep but no matter how many times I sync the watch, the app on the phone won't pick it up.

 - It would seem I having connection problems as my phone is asking me about twice a day to connect to the Pebble whereas that only happened when I restarted my phone previously.

This is getting to the point where both the watch and Misfit are no longer useable and I will have to sell it or get rid of it which I don't really want to do.

Hello there.
To start with, I have a blackberry with fresh 10.3 on board, and android runtime works pretty well. Android app did it's job moving watchfaces and apps back and forth, even allowing developer mode access. But, somewhy I decided to log off. Don't ask why. And that's when the problem came out.
I have blackberry q10, which is physical keyboard and small square screen device. And it got stuck on login screen like this:

And yeah, scrolling. There's none. New User button works, so the app don't freeze. What can I do to make it through and log in back?

Hello,
I am using Z10 on 10.3.1 and very interested about pebble, but before having I would like to know the feature it supports me as I have zero knowledge on the pebble use.

Kindly advise if it does support below ones,

1. WhatsApp messages (reply, read text, compose new message) , as WhatsApp is the most used IM,
2. Will it show caller name if someone calls from my contacts? I have heard it will not show the ID in some forums.
3. Music control
4. I believe it fully supports Email and SMS.
5. Does it support to read tweets/FB notifications.
6. Kindly advise if it supports anything more than above points.

Browsing pebble menu causes phone to rotate to portrait orientation

When playing games or reading in the kindle app, I find that when I go to set an alarm on my watch the screen on my phone will try to rotate out of landscape orientation, back to portrait, then back again.

This also happens when notifications come in. I'm using Notification Center for Pebble.

Odd Notification

Today, out of the blue, I received a notification on my Pebble that said, "ERROR: Sorry to rain on your parade. Internet has gone with the wind." It sounds like typical scam message. But what is intriguing, is that it only came into the Pebble, there was no message on the iPhone--nothing coming in at the same time, no text message, and no activity on the phone line or email at that time. Is this a common occurrence or something I should be concerned about?

My team at work develops Jive Chime [1], and we're adding Android Wear notifications. I receive the notifications on my Pebble, and can choose "Reply via chime", but when I choose a template or emoji, I get a "Failed" screen. What is the best way to debug this?
